Income tax situation within the Netherlands:

Graze is an association with a so called "inhoudingsplichtigenverklaring" (this is a declaration of tax paying responsibility). Herewith Graze declare full responsibility for the tax administration. Graze have their own fiscal registration number. This means that you as a booker will only need a copy of this declaration. You will keep it with your own administration.  You will not need to administrate the pay for Graze. You will also not need to send an anual overview to the members of Graze. You will also not need the so called "Gageverklaring", nor copies of passports of the band members.
